Artist will use his discretion to determine best layout and may add additional color (for example) if he thinks it will make the banner look better. This allows each hand-painted banner to have the artist’s flair and to be unique!

Do not wash banners in the washing machine. if the banner gets dirty just spray down with a hose and hang dry.

We generally ship orders within 1-4 business days from the time the order is placed.
Orders placed after 4:30pm (PST) will be processed the following day.
Orders placed after 4:30pm (PST) Friday through Sunday will be processed as a Monday order as well.

Due to possible carrier delays, weather-related problems, etc., if it is crucial that you receive your order by a certain date, you might consider upgrading your shipping method to allow an extra business day leeway. We do not guarantee delivery dates stated on USPS's website, but our experience has been that they generally deliver as stated (but exceptions do occur).
