Fresh Air Shirts specializes in hand-painted, custom airbrushed apparel and artwork. Because most items are made to order and personalized, returns and refunds are limited as outlined below.

Custom & Personalized Items

  • Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
  • This includes items with custom names, phrases, portraits, colors, or design requests.

Non-Custom Items

  • Non-custom, non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • All returns require prior approval before shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
